BCSM Indoor Cycling Training

BCSM is proud to offer a bigger and better Indoor Cycling Training Program for the 2009-2010 indoor season.  From our humble beginning of two CompuTrainers and one session per week, we have grown to accommodating eight riders at a time in a dedicated indoor cycling studio.  We use the latest in power training technology to offer you the best indoor cycling training on the planet...or at least in Boulder!  Where else can you train indoors on your own bike using the latest in cycling technology while being coached by...

      * An Olympic cycling champion?

      * An Olympic coach?

      * The coach of a current World Champion?

      * A podium finisher at a 2007 Ironman triathlon?

      * An elite cross country ski coach?

The Program

Train on your own bike using our power meters and our expert coaching staff to get the most from your workout in a fun and interactive environment.  Up to eight riders at a time participate in CompuTrainer MultiRider workouts, races or in our new video race simulations.  Use any bike: road, mountain or cross, as long as the back wheel is a slick (no tread).  BCSM Indoor Cycling participants are eligible for discounted rates on physiology testing and coaching consultations.

Class Structure:

  • 15 minutes - setup and warmup
  • 60 minutes - structured bike training
  • 15 minutes - core stability (in most training sessions)
